Express Shipping

Please note that Express Post does not always guarantee next-business-day delivery, particularly for regional or remote areas.
Order Processing Times
We do our best to dispatch orders quickly.
Most orders are packed and dispatched the same day, provided the item is in stock and there are no payment or address issues.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, sales events, supplier delays, or unexpected stock discrepancies, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Order

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the parcel has been lodged with the carrier.
If your tracking shows “label created” or “pending”, this may mean the parcel has been packed and is waiting to be scanned by the carrier.

Once an order has left our warehouse, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. However, if your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will help investigate.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Sleep and Sound is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge a re-delivery fee before sending the order again.
Authority to Leave and Safe Drop
Some parcels may be left in a safe place if the carrier determines it is appropriate.
If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please select a delivery option that requires signature where available, or contact us before dispatch.
Sleep and Sound is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing after being left in a safe place.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
If the tracking has not updated for several business days, or your parcel appears to be missing, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
We may need to allow the carrier reasonable time to complete their investigation before a replacement or resolution can be arranged.

Sleep and Sound Returns Policy
At Sleep and Sound, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not quite right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not be suitable, or you may simply change your mind.
For change-of-mind returns, we may accept returns where the item is:
- returned within 30 days of purchase;
- unused, unopened, and in original saleable condition;
- in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and inserts included;
- not damaged, marked, opened, worn, or used; and
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and health reasons, some products cannot be returned if opened or used. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Earplugs;
- Sleep masks;
- Nasal dilators;
- Mouthguards;
- Breathing devices;
- Personal care or hygiene-related products;
- Any product that has been inserted into the nose, mouth, or ears.
We reserve the right to refuse a change-of-mind return if the item is not in original, unopened, and resaleable condition.
Return Shipping for Change of Mind
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Sleep and Sound.
We recommend using a tracked postage method, as Sleep and Sound is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Free Shipping and Returned Orders
Sleep and Sound offers free shipping on eligible orders over $100.
If your order received free shipping and you return an item for change of mind, the original postage cost incurred by Sleep and Sound may be deducted from your refund.
This applies because free shipping is offered as a promotion based on the completion of the original sale. If the item is returned, the original shipping cost is no longer covered by the sale.
Partial Returns and Free Shipping Threshold
If you return part of an order and the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold of $100, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
For example, if your original order qualified for free shipping because it was over $100, but the returned item reduces the final order value below $100, the standard shipping fee that would have applied may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds for Change of Mind
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, less any applicable original postage cost or deductions outlined in this policy.
Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, provided the returned item meets the change-of-mind return conditions above.
If the replacement item is of a higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we may refund the difference, less any applicable shipping costs.
