What Size Should I Choose
Determining the right size for your EARasers earplug isn’t as simple as consulting a chart based on height and weight. It’s more about age, gender, and genetics from your biological parents. However, after years of fitting individuals, we’ve developed some general guidelines to help you choose.
Here’s a breakdown:
1. **X-SMALL**: Ideal for youth like elementary and middle schoolers, and some high schoolers. Also suitable for a small percentage of adult males and females who struggle to find comfortable earplugs due to their tiny ear canals.
2. **SMALL**: Typically fits the majority of women and younger males (late 20s and younger). It may also work well for some adult males with smaller ear canals.
3. **MEDIUM**: Suited for adult males (late 20s and up) who do well with average-sized earbuds.
4. **LARGE**: Enjoyed by a small percentage of the adult population, including some males over 60 and some females. Fun fact: Being able to wear this size is considered a sign of “genius” for women!

Let’s reflect on your personal experience with earplugs or earbuds. Do you find that standard earbuds fit comfortably? If so, you might do well with the MEDIUM size.
For women, SMALL sizes generally work best. For young males (18 and younger), SMALL sizes are also recommended.
For adult males (l8 and up), it’s a bit more nuanced. If you’ve had any indication of small ear canals, consider starting with SMALL. Otherwise, if standard earbuds work fine for you, start with MEDIUM.
Caring for Earasers
Cleaning your Earasers is a breeze! Simply rinse them under warm water and let them air dry. Avoid using soaps, as they can create buildup on the filter. I prefer using alcohol-free wipes or wet towelettes, as alcohol can dry out the silicone over time. And remember, never stick anything into the tip of your earplug, as it can damage the filter and void the warranty.

- Australia Post’s Express Next Day Delivery network is confined to the Perth CBD, only servicing postcodes in the ranges 6000-6005; 6800-6899. Deliveries outside these postcodes are typically 2 business days.
Larger Parcels
All larger items, including the Dohm White Noise Machines and Bulk Earplugs (100 & 200 pairs), will be freighted at the cost of $15.

Terms & Conditions
Depending on the nature of the Goods ordered, Sleep and Sound will arrange for delivery of the Goods by Australia Post or a courier. Sleep and Sound will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to the Customer’s nominated delivery address within the time period specified; however, Sleep and Sound will not be liable to the Customer or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay. For deliveries within Australia, the customer should allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. The estimated delivery date depends on where the customer lives, and is calculated from when the customer receives the ‘Order Shipped’ email and not from the time the order was placed. The above information is estimated only and is based on information provided by Australia Post:
Delays
Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter, and public holidays. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays. Please note that there are limitations on all courier networks, and some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the couriers will deliver to a local depot or Australia Post office, and the customer will be contacted to collect from there. Some remote locations such as islands can only be accessed by boat; therefore, normal shipping times do not apply. The delivery dates are estimates only. Sleep and Sound will do all that it can to ensure delivery within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not allow this always to be possible. Please note that while Australia Post provides a reliable national service, delivery delays can occur for various reasons. If you are experiencing a longer than usual delay, please first enquire about your missing package through Australia Post. Sleep and Sound Online cannot investigate dispatched missing orders until 10 business days after the customer has received the ‘order shipped’ email, as per Australia Post guidelines. Delivery Details
The Customer must ensure that the Customer enters the correct delivery address as parcels returned to Sleep And Sound as undeliverable may incur a re-dispatch fee and be sent back out as regular mail. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Damage or Loss
Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by the courier service. This investigation can take up to 10 business days. We must allow the delivery company to complete their investigation before taking any further action into the parcel’s whereabouts. Australia Post does not require a signature for delivery unless otherwise specified. Customers not in attendance when an order is delivered may find their parcel left at the residence in a safe spot, i.e., letterbox, or will receive a card with information on the order’s collection. Australia Post does not redeliver items that have been transferred to a local post office for collection. Special instructions can be left to deliver your order during checkout; Sleep And Sound take no responsibility if these instructions are not followed. If the customer leaves specific shipping instructions for a parcel to be left at a property, then the parcel is left at the customer’s own risk. Sleep And Sound accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of parcels that have been left as per the shipping instructions. Subject to Sleep And Sound’s return policy, Sleep And Sound will take all reasonable care to pack all orders appropriately but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders. Subject to payment, property, and risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivering the Goods to the Customer’s nominated delivery address. Anyone at the Customer’s nominated delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Sleep And Sound to be authorised to receive the Goods.
