Eargasm Aquaplugs Waterproof Earplugs are 100% reusable and washable so that you can use your Aquaplugs repeatedly! With a noise reduction rating of NRR: 15dB, they are perfect for days out on the jet ski or boating when you also want to protect your hearing.
Step-by-Step Guide
When you first open your package, aside from the actual earplugs and the carrying case, you will see the following:
You can set your connector cord aside for now. The show’s main stars, for now, are your ear tips and wings! You will have one pair of large ear wings, one pair of medium ear wings, and one pair of small ear wings. You will have four pairs of ear tip sizes, ranging from large to small. When trying the instructions below, try all the sizes to ensure that you’re getting the absolute best fit!
Here are your actual earplugs! Now let’s get to attaching your ear wing.
If you’re unsure what size to choose, we recommend trying them all. If you’ve tried our other products, High Fidelity Earplug users typically find a comfortable fit with the large/medium-sized ear wings, and our Smaller Ears Earplugs users find the small ear wings to be the most comfortable.
A rectangular piece is sticking out of your earplugs, and a groove matches that piece in the ear wings. Slide that rectangular piece into the ear wing groove.
Ensure that the silicone of the ear wing is entirely encasing the earplug.
Now, for the easy part- slide one of the ear tips onto the earplug stem! And you’re done! Time to get swimmin’.

This user is using the small ear tips with the medium ear wing. When inserting the earplug into your ear, you should not feel any discomfort and feel like the earplug is snugly in place.

Larger Parcels
All larger items, including the Dohm White Noise Machines and Bulk Earplugs (100 & 200 pairs), will be freighted at the cost of $15.

Terms & Conditions
Depending on the nature of the Goods ordered, Sleep and Sound will arrange for delivery of the Goods by Australia Post or a courier. Sleep and Sound will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to the Customer’s nominated delivery address within the time period specified; however, Sleep and Sound will not be liable to the Customer or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay. For deliveries within Australia, the customer should allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. The estimated delivery date depends on where the customer lives, and is calculated from when the customer receives the ‘Order Shipped’ email and not from the time the order was placed. The above information is estimated only and is based on information provided by Australia Post:
Delays
Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter, and public holidays. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays. Please note that there are limitations on all courier networks, and some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the couriers will deliver to a local depot or Australia Post office, and the customer will be contacted to collect from there. Some remote locations such as islands can only be accessed by boat; therefore, normal shipping times do not apply. The delivery dates are estimates only. Sleep and Sound will do all that it can to ensure delivery within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not allow this always to be possible. Please note that while Australia Post provides a reliable national service, delivery delays can occur for various reasons. If you are experiencing a longer than usual delay, please first enquire about your missing package through Australia Post. Sleep and Sound Online cannot investigate dispatched missing orders until 10 business days after the customer has received the ‘order shipped’ email, as per Australia Post guidelines. If your package has still not arrived at this time, please contact us at ad***@sl***********.au, and we will endeavour to help in any way we can.
Delivery Details
The Customer must ensure that the Customer enters the correct delivery address as parcels returned to Sleep And Sound as undeliverable may incur a re-dispatch fee and be sent back out as regular mail. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Damage or Loss
Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by the courier service. This investigation can take up to 10 business days. We must allow the delivery company to complete their investigation before taking any further action into the parcel’s whereabouts. Australia Post does not require a signature for delivery unless otherwise specified. Customers not in attendance when an order is delivered may find their parcel left at the residence in a safe spot, i.e., letterbox, or will receive a card with information on the order’s collection. Australia Post does not redeliver items that have been transferred to a local post office for collection. Special instructions can be left to deliver your order during checkout; Sleep And Sound take no responsibility if these instructions are not followed. If the customer leaves specific shipping instructions for a parcel to be left at a property, then the parcel is left at the customer’s own risk. Sleep And Sound accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of parcels that have been left as per the shipping instructions. Subject to Sleep And Sound’s return policy, Sleep And Sound will take all reasonable care to pack all orders appropriately but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders. Subject to payment, property, and risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivering the Goods to the Customer’s nominated delivery address. Anyone at the Customer’s nominated delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Sleep And Sound to be authorised to receive the Goods.
