Soft Fleece Sleep Mask

The outer edge of this soft fleece eye mask is surrounded by a soft silky stuffed fleece roll that allows the mask to breathe, while maintaining a barrier to light. This roll is soft to the face and holds the mask away from the surface of the eyes.

The eye surface of the mask is made using a blackout fabric sandwiched between two layers of interfaced double-velour fleece. Then all layers are stitched together using an infinity symbol, so no layer of fabric will touch the eyes. This detailed process ensures the serviceability of the mask while wearing and laundering.

Perfection in a mask!

I am a connoisseur of sleep masks and this is by far the best one I have found. It is so comfy. But that aside, when I was on a plane recently I realised how powerful it was… I put on the mask on the bright light coming through the window and put a large fleece over my head and there was no difference! This mask makes things as dark as they can get. You could be on a beach at noon and sleep like it’s midnight in a cave with this thing. But this way you have all the comfort without the cave. My absolute favourite sleep mask!

After trying a lot of sleep masks, this is the only sleep mask I have come to love. The deep eye pockets make this mask super comfortable and ensure complete darkness making it especially perfect for travelling and at home too. Lyla Gleason

What a godsend this mask has been!

I am a light sleeper and the summers would see me wake up much earlier than I’d have liked to, because it is light outside. I bought the mask on a whim after reading the reviews, but now I don’t go to sleep without it.
1) Very comfortable and a good size – the fleece feels good, the temperature stays close to the body (unlike silk lined masks that feel cool). It’s also ‘substantial’…i.e. doesn’t feel flimsy
2) The adjustable velcro strap doesn’t get caught in my hair and stays securely fastened
3) The design is such that your eyes don’t press against the fleece – there is a ‘cup’ like area that your eyes rest against, and this allows you to blink comfortably.
4) Really keeps the light out, and does that make a difference to how rested you feel, when you wake up!

Australia Post’s Express Next Day Delivery network is confined to the Perth CBD, only servicing postcodes in the ranges 6000-6005; 6800-6899. Deliveries outside these postcodes are typically 2 business days.

Larger Parcels

All larger items, including the Dohm White Noise Machines and Bulk Earplugs (100 & 200 pairs), will be freighted at the cost of $15.

Terms & Conditions

Depending on the nature of the Goods ordered, Sleep and Sound will arrange for delivery of the Goods by Australia Post or a courier. Sleep and Sound will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to the Customer’s nominated delivery address within the time period specified; however, Sleep and Sound will not be liable to the Customer or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay. For deliveries within Australia, the customer should allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. The estimated delivery date depends on where the customer lives, and is calculated from when the customer receives the ‘Order Shipped’ email and not from the time the order was placed. The above information is estimated only and is based on information provided by Australia Post:

Delays

Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter, and public holidays. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays. Please note that there are limitations on all courier networks, and some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the couriers will deliver to a local depot or Australia Post office, and the customer will be contacted to collect from there. Some remote locations such as islands can only be accessed by boat; therefore, normal shipping times do not apply. The delivery dates are estimates only. Sleep and Sound will do all that it can to ensure delivery within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not allow this always to be possible. Please note that while Australia Post provides a reliable national service, delivery delays can occur for various reasons. If you are experiencing a longer than usual delay, please first enquire about your missing package through Australia Post. Sleep and Sound Online cannot investigate dispatched missing orders until 10 business days after the customer has received the ‘order shipped’ email, as per Australia Post guidelines. Delivery Details

The Customer must ensure that the Customer enters the correct delivery address as parcels returned to Sleep And Sound as undeliverable may incur a re-dispatch fee and be sent back out as regular mail. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Damage or Loss

Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by the courier service. This investigation can take up to 10 business days. We must allow the delivery company to complete their investigation before taking any further action into the parcel’s whereabouts. Australia Post does not require a signature for delivery unless otherwise specified. Customers not in attendance when an order is delivered may find their parcel left at the residence in a safe spot, i.e., letterbox, or will receive a card with information on the order’s collection. Australia Post does not redeliver items that have been transferred to a local post office for collection. Special instructions can be left to deliver your order during checkout; Sleep And Sound take no responsibility if these instructions are not followed. If the customer leaves specific shipping instructions for a parcel to be left at a property, then the parcel is left at the customer’s own risk. Sleep And Sound accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of parcels that have been left as per the shipping instructions. Subject to Sleep And Sound’s return policy, Sleep And Sound will take all reasonable care to pack all orders appropriately but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders. Subject to payment, property, and risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivering the Goods to the Customer’s nominated delivery address. Anyone at the Customer’s nominated delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Sleep And Sound to be authorised to receive the Goods.
