Fit it at home, using the supplied kit
The thermoformable guard softens during fitting so it can be shaped to your teeth. The kit includes a thermometer and bite plate to help you follow the manufacturer's fitting instructions. Use those instructions for the exact temperature, timing and suitability checks, rather than guessing.
A night guard creates a barrier against tooth-to-tooth contact. It does not cure bruxism or guarantee relief from jaw pain or headaches. It is not a treatment for snoring or sleep apnoea.

Is it right for your teeth?

Follow the supplied cleaning instructions. Avoid hot-water cleaning that could alter the moulded shape. Use only cleaners suitable for the material, let it dry as directed and inspect it regularly for damage or changes in fit.
