How to Fit It
Submerge the guard in hot water for 30 seconds until it softens, place it over your upper teeth, and bite down firmly. Hold for 60 seconds, then rinse in cold water to set the shape. The whole process takes under five minutes. If the fit isn't perfect, repeat — you have up to 20 attempts to get it right.
