Cold therapy can help reduce pain and swelling associated with minor injuries when appropriate. Cube delivers controlled cooling without the mess of melting ice, maintaining its selected temperature through treatment rather than gradually warming like a gel pack.

Both therapies, without swapping devices

Contrast mode automatically alternates between heat and cold. Make it part of your post-activity recovery routine without switching between separate packs. Cube handles the temperature changes while you take a break.

Three presets. Straightforward control.

• Cold: choose from 8°C, 12°C or 16°C.
• Heat: choose from 35°C, 39°C or 43°C.
• Contrast: alternating heat and cold in a pre-programmed routine.

Therabody's Cryothermal Technology controls the temperature and treatment duration. Use the supplied instructions to choose the appropriate preset and never exceed the recommended treatment schedule.

Hold Cube against a suitable treatment area for targeted use, or attach the strap frame and secure it with the included adjustable straps. The compact design is easy to keep at home or pack for use away from home, subject to the manufacturer's fitting and safety guidance.

USB-C charging and up to 120 minutes of battery life in heat or cold mode, or up to 60 minutes in contrast mode, make it a practical addition to a regular recovery routine. Runtime varies with settings and use.
