When fine lines and uneven-looking skin start bothering you, it is tempting to keep adding products. TheraFace Mask offers a different addition: a pre-programmed light treatment that cycles through three modes for you.

Therabody reports clinical improvements in skin firmness, smoothness and the appearance of fine lines and dark spots, with some visible changes observed from eight weeks. Results vary, and consistent use according to the manufacturer's instructions matters. This is a routine to build, not an overnight transformation.

Three light modes. Nine minutes. No guesswork.

• Red light: supports a smoother, more youthful-looking complexion and targets the appearance of fine lines.

Before your first treatment

Read the supplied user manual and manufacturer's precautions. Remove make-up, glasses and facial jewellery, and prepare your skin as directed. Fit the protective eye shields and straps according to the instructions. Do not extend or repeat treatments beyond the recommended schedule.

LED therapy is not suitable for everyone.
